Pours a light golden color with slight haze and a small off-white head that hangs around for a good while leaving moderate lacing.
Aroma is grassy with light fruit upfront and a hint of citrus and spice in the back.
Taste starts off very floral along with light notes of pear and lemon. A touch of Belgian spice shows up in the middle but is fairly subtle. Some bready malt and honey shows up into the finish.
Meidum body with medium carbonation. A very Americanized saison but it works for me overall. If I'm looking to stay true to the style, I wouldn't look here, but this was still nice and refreshing, and something I wouldn't mind having more of.
Serving type: on-tap
