Pour: Straw yellow-golden color. Two fingers of white head that faded quickly and left a few streaks of lacing behind.
Smell: You can definitely smell the wild yeast in this. Aromas of banana, clove, and pale malt.
Taste: Sweet front end characterized by a substantial pale malt and honey flavor. The middle of the palate is banana, clove, and a slight spiciness. Finishes off with a light citrus hop zing.
Mouthfeel: Light to medium with medium carbonation. Clean finish, slightly dry.
Drinkability/Overall: Easy drinking and very refreshing. Definitely more of a session beer.
Final Notes: Not an amazing beer, but a solid performer. It would make a solid session beer or one to enjoy on a hot summer day.
