Pours a clear straw body topped by one centimeter of white head with decent retention. The aromas are so fruity, floral, and yeasty that they remind me of a farmer's market. I get a lot of pears and freshly cut roses on the nose. The doughiness and yeastiness dominate the palate, with apple and pear-like sweetness appearing on the mid-palate and intensifying on the finish. A good taste but not nearly as interesting or vibrant as many other members of its style. For the price, it makes for a stylistically offbeat but conversation-worthy choice for potlucks or game nights.
