A- Brilliantly clear body with a large white head. Moderate amount of bubbles, very pretty. Head dissipated to a foam cap.
A- Wheaty malt aroma, floral hops. Belgian yeast is not as pronounced as I would expected, but it sits nicely in the background.
T- Flavor is muted. The Belgian yeast flavor is there, just not as prevalent as I would expect. The hops are present in the beginning with a light bitterness throughout. Enjoyable wheat malt flavor.
M- Medium-light body and smooth. Moderate-low carbonation.
D- Not exactly what I expected. I would have expected a bit more carbonation and less of a muted flavor. It was enjoyable, just not great(but not bad either).
