Pours a light, slightly hazy golden color. Small white head with a little retention.
Pleasant aroma. Floral and herb aromas. Light citrusy scent. Banana, bubble gum and honey.
Taste is sweet. Floral and fruity esters. A touch of honey. A hint of belgian spice. Perhaps some pale crystal malts to help bring everything together. A little tart towards the end as well.
Light to medium body with a somehwat fizzy carbonation. Semi-dry finish.
It’s good, it’s a tad refreshing. It just follows most other Sam Adam’s offerings in that it’s kind of "toned down" for it’s style. Not that complex, but it’s still a pretty decent offering.
