Pours a glowing amber in color with a big off-white head that's sticky like sea foam and doesn't vanish.
Light fruity hop aroma with notes of biscuit.
I agree with Samuel Adams that this hop gives an apricot flavor. This Lat 48 version is one of the less harshly bitter ones, but that doesn't mean it isn't very good. The biscuit aroma carries over to a good biscuit flavor.
Nice body with plenty of substance.
Overall another winner from the excellent Latitude 48 Deconstructed variety pack. Seek it out.
