Poured from a 12oz. bottle into a Willis tower pint glass.
The color is a clear deep amber with a finger or two of foamy off-white head and some nice lacing left on the glass.
The smell is malty, there is a bit of pepper flavor with a little vegetable aroma. Some sweetness is there with some slight bready aroma but then falls back before I can really identify it.
The taste is malty there up front with some slight hope bitterness coming out. There is a bit of a caramel background hanging here with some bitterness pushing forward. Some greens flavor that is all a bit green. Some bitterness toward the end.
The feel of the beer is medium bodied and a good drinkable feel that goes down smooth and easy.
