Poured from 12 oz. bottle into a Sam Adams perfect pint glass.
Appearance: Rich amber orange with lots of bubbles. Big three finger off white colored head with great retention and lacing.
Smell: Hops are very citrusy and floral with good hints of grapefruit, pine, orange peel, and lemon. Also a decent amount of caramel and toffee malts. Smell is fairly hop forward.
Taste: Good kick of citrus and pine up front with pineapple and orange. Caramel and toffee malts follow giving a nice bready background. Finishes with some mild bitterness and a little herbal tea.
Mouthfeel: Medium body with a medium carbonation. Smooth and crisp.
Overall: This one came out pretty well. More citrus driven than the other hops I've tried so far from this pack. This one hop holds up well with the malts.
