12oz bottle -> mini goblet
Pours a clear copper with a one inch, slightly oft white head that dissipates quickly and leaves some solid rings of lace. Carbonation appears minimal.
Some fresh citrus initially, but is soon overcome with a sweet caramel
Medium to full mouthfeel. Malt base seems thick on this one with chewy caramel leading the way. Hops are tame on the fruits with only a mild citrus making it through. Bitterness is mild but last and last.
Another decent IPA for the deconstruction series.
