a - Just like the rest of the series this brew has a great, luminescent amber body and a little off white head, this one appears to have a bit more lacing.
s - From my snifter I sniff: earthy hops, vaguely spicy and a little grassy. Less sweetness than I got in some of the other varieties, just a bit of the caramel pokes through and the way that it plays with the hops it feel like darker crystal.
t - Bitter up front with pine and other earthy flavors lent by the hops. Towards the middle it balances out but only briefly before it ends sharply bitter and strong with pine and spice. Only downfall is that it's a bit one dimensional...but we know why.
m/d - body is spot on compared to the others I've had so far, medium to full but not sticky; appropriate. It's hot out so it's a little bit of a struggle but it's easy to drink, look forward to using the CTZ variety in a brew myself.
