@ Tyler's (Raleigh)
Clear, beautiful mahogany below a slim, patchy white head. Subtle, spiced aroma: ginger, nutmeg, allspice...the typical pumpkin pie spice blend. A little fruity tartness pops up as well. Lots of toasty caramel flavors, pie spices, dark fruit, and sweet bread. Lightly warming on the way down, but never boozy. Very smooth and on the verge of full bodied. Not exactly pumpkin pie in a glass, but I like that the spices aren't overdone. Good effort.

Undated bottle at 45 degrees into standard pint glass
Aroma of spices
Head average (4 cm), light brown, frothy, rapidly diminishing to 2 mm ring
Lacing spotty; few small islands of various sized bubbles
Body dark amber, clear
Flavor begins slightly bitter with spices like a pumpkin pie; ends sweeter with an alcohol taste. No hops, no diacetyl.
Palate medium, oily, lively carbonation.
Not a particularly good beer, probably would taste better very cold. The appearance and aroma are both OK.
