Served unto a flute.
Appearance: Pours aclear dark amber, head is at minimum 2 fingers length extremely thick! I keep sipping and it doesn't settle but I am not complaining.
Smell: What can I say smells great!, pure hops, roasted pine. It is like you're inhaling malt.
Taste: Pretty hoppy beer, not the hopiiest but definitely full of taste. Comes off slightly bitter but slightly citrusy. I can feel the grapefruit in the beer.
Mouth: Medium carbonation, but comes offf little bubbly beware or be in love depends how you take it.
Overall: I didn't think Sam Adams could make a grade A IPA but here it is. Looks Great and definitely tastes it. It tastes the way IPA's should taste....the smooth bitterness and smoothness to go along with it. Hope you all enjoy!
