A - Pours deep amber and ruby red in the light into my snifter with about two fingers of head that has excellent retention and lots of sticky lacing.
S - Caramel malts, toast, and earthy pine hops. Although malts somewhat dominate, they are pleasant and toffee like and don't totally overpower the citrus hops.
T - Deep malts, caramelized sugar, piny hops that linger on right through the finish. Hops come out a lot more in flavor than aroma, earth and resinous. Nice balance and flavor.
M - Smooth, creamy and well balanced.
O - This one surpassed my expectation for sure. Grab one and give it a shot if you get the chance.
