A- pours a clear copper color with a two-finger foamy white head that retains nicely, leaving some lace behind

S- mix of piney, grassy and citrusy hops with a big malty sweetness & a hint of alcohol

T- citrusy grapefruit hop, pine sap, herbal notes, malty sweetness matches up to the hop flavor, underlying alcohol on the finish

M- medium body and carbonation, slightly boozy mouthfeel leads to a foamy, warming finish

O- As expected from a SA brew, this isn't an unbalanced hop bomb, there's a big maltiness to match up to the hops, which isn't a bad thing. It did seems bit boozy at times though

A: Dark copper. Hints of amber. Made a huge dramatic false head when I poured it into a glass that mostly dissipated in a few minutes. Looked nice at first but the foam left a sticky uneven webbing mess as the beer levels went down. Foam is tan with a tiny yellow tinge. Medium low carbonation. Unusually large bubbles. From the carbonation, that didn't add to any persistent foam. The color was good, initial head was awesome, the it didn't last.

S: Malt. Lemon and grapefruit rind. Coriander. A touch of cedar with a bigger presence of sweet malts; almost like peat moss from the isle of Islay.

T: Starts off slightly sweet, but that fades fast. Malt backbone, again quickly overpowered. Super heavy pine resin finish. Pine flavor is massive. Almost as if pine needles were used for bittering. Not much else going on besides pine...

M: Actually quite good. Bittering and dryness sticks around a little but it finishes clean. Medium light consistency.

O: I don't feel like there's much to talk about here. It's a big one sided hop bomb. Low on depth with the hops, bug the malt is pretty good.
