Thanks to Output01x for bringing me this one. Thanks for helping me achieve the goal.
A normal pour delivers just under a finger of white head. This dissipates within a few minutes, leaving an average ring and sprinkling of head-dust. Body is a muted gold/wet straw color and is nicely translucent. Searching reveals a little bubble activity going on in there.
Fresh cut grass smells remind me that I need to go buy a lawnmower. This is backed up with a good citrus zing with a nice malt balance.
Citrus and grass begin the taste journey, with a little pine escorting the malt flavor in to the tongue. All this is accompanied with a note of sour apples.
This beer makes its way over your tongue like a medium bodied brew, then near the back, seems to just bite down on it. It is a rather unique sensation in that the carbonation doesn't seem to hit right away.
