Poured from a bottle into a flute glass.
Look – light amber color, somewhat hazy, good carbonation, and about a finger’s worth of off-white foam that dissipates slowly.
Smell – interesting hop blend in this one. Definitely smells of the nobles, perhaps Saaz hops. Wonderfully German smelling!
Taste – much like the smell. The taste of the hops are present, but not the bite, which seems to signify a higher than perceivable blend of malts. There’s a little bit of a fruit-like quality there too, but mostly just the musky taste of the hops.
Mouthfeel – pretty well balanced overall, not seeming to lean too heavily toward one side or another in terms of wateriness or creaminess.
Overall – pretty good brew! Surprisingly rich and interesting.
