Glass - Mug
A - A cloudy pale yellow/gold color with lots of visible carbonation. It produced a 2-3 finger soapy looking head that held well for a Lager. Some decent lacing was left on my Mug at the end.
S - The smell reminds me of allot of other Sam Adams beers. Herbal and lemony hops are upfront, with soft grain, biscuit and cracker like malts underneath. Some mustiness from the yeast, that's about it.
T - Hmm, well I pick up bread, cracker, and Lager yeast upfront and throughout. Mild herbal and lemon citrus hop flavors come in towards the finish. It's a bit dry and finishes with almost absent bitterness and a touch of alcohol.
M - Moderately crisp with a chewy feel and medium-full body.
O - I don't think this is a Sam Adams brew that I'd buy again. It's very boring and basic to me. The flavor profile tastes of nothing but Lager yeast and a pinch of hops, and the smell is very similar. I'd drink it again but I'm not buying it again.
