On tap at Red Robin after a run-in with Scratch 61.
A: The lager is hazy, opaque with a darker yellow-brown color. A sizeable head, over one finger, lingered for a few sips but didn't lace.
S: The nose is citrusy, hops adding a nice kick. The lager has a light fruitiness, augmenting the citrus. Breadiness finishes.
T: More fruity sweetness, the yeast bringing the flavor. The hops, for a lager (not to generalize), are quite strong, bringing an abundance of herbal citrus. Sweet and filling, the citrus and yeast come together nicely.
M: A surprise. Quite good with a yeasty citrus fullness.
Serving type: on-tap
