Poured into a perfect pint at 40 degrees.
Appearance: A half finger head that has poor retention. The color of the beer is a pale gold color with no highlights. The clarity of the beer is clear with some carbonation bubbles. The beer's poor retention and just lack luster appearance is just below average.
Nose: The aroma is hoppy, but clean. The hop aromas are grapefruit, pine, and citrus. The malt body to the beer is light with some bready notes and toasty. A yeasty note and some underlying aromas of must.
Taste: A mildly hoppy beer with very muddled flavors. The malt is more pronounced with toasty, bready, and grainy flavors. The yeast is noticeable, but the musty note is not.
Mouthfeel: The beer is coating with no finish.
Overall: The body of the beer is medium . This beer is just okay nothing in the beer that speaks to the beer soul.
