12oz bottle (best by June 2012) poured into a pilsner glass.
Appearance: Hazy golden yellow beer. Nicely thick 1/8" off-white head with plenty of thick strands of lacing all over the glass. Plenty of carbonation coming up through the glass. A very nice looking beer.
Smell: Clean, floral, just a hint of malt. Mild aroma though.
Taste: Nice clean malt, with a pleasant noble hop finish - citrus, earthy/spicy. Mild cider flavor in there with the malt.
Mouthfeel: Good carbonation, smooth, just a bit thicker than water. Nothing special.
Overall / Drinkability: Very drinkable and I would easily have another. A great looking beer and a very good German-style lager.
Serving type: bottle
