Poured from a 22oz bottle into a Paulaner Weisbier glass, served at fridge temp.
Hazy lemon yellow with a thin bone white head. Signs of vigorous carbonation at the bottom of the glass. Nice lacing.
Aroma: fragrant and floral hops balance bready malt.
Taste: grainy maltiness with a mild lemony sourness and a restrained Noble Hop bitterness. As beer warms it starts to taste like perfume.
Notes: Aroma, mouthfeel and taste are all a little off. The Hops are too floral the mouthfeel is too grainy. The taste is not pleasant. Won't repeat this one.
Serving type: bottle
