A-Pours a hazy light gold color with a medium, creamy, white persistent head that leaves strong lacing in its trails.
S-It starts off with a mild spring like citrus/floral aroma from the hops and a beautiful fresh baked bread smell from the grains. It's pretty simple and straight forward from the smile but yet beautiful.
T-The flavor is much like the aroma but, actually exactly like the aroma. Full of mild floral/citrusy hop notes backed by very bready flavors from the grain with a very mild hop bitterness.
M-It's extremely creamy with a balanced yet more on the sweet side on the finish. It has the perfect amount of carbonation.
O-Overall, I really enjoyed this beer as a spring/summertime beer so much so that I am going to attempt to brew a beer like this for my wife because she likes it so much. I had to buy a six pack of it after trying two in the mix twelve pack. I highly recommend this beer for people who live in a warm climate right now, get it while it's fresh. Cheers everyone!
