Bottle poured into my stemmed Allagash glass.
The beer pours a nice hazy orange color with a decent white head of very effervescent bubbles. The head, even though rather small, lingered for a good amount of time. The beer smells lightly citrusy and rather bland, but I admit that it is chilled to my refrigerator temp which usually dampens the aroma. I had one of these on tap at a local pub the other week and the noble hop aroma was much more evident in that situation. The taste is mild and grainy with just a touch of hop flavor. There is a touch of citrus (oranges.) The MF is pretty slick and creamy sort of like a good wheat ale.
This isn't bad, but it certainly isn't something to be sought out, but I'm glad I have had it, as it is now a check mark in the past.
