Hazy dark yellow body with a bumpy half-inch head.
Yeasty, lemony scent. Grapefruit zest, citric hop, pretty mild aroma. A little sweet to the nose.
Bit of a spice note; coriander, anise, with wheat tang, fresh lemon, and nutty yeast. Tart backend with a chalky finish. The sweetness doesn't linger. Not too shabby.
Feels thin and highly carbonated. Decently drinkable.
Love a new Sam brew. This one's okay. Not as good as the White Ale.
Serving type: on-tap
