Appearance: Excellent foam lacing. Good carbonation as well. Very bubble and foamy during the pour. The murkiness clears up a bit as it warms. I think this beer has an identity crisis over whether it is a wheat beer (which it is not) or a light (in color, not flavor) lager.
Smell: Fairly noticeable clay smell, something I have only ever seen, er, smelled, in Dogfish Head's My Antonia. Very earthy, and I think that's the point, so high marks here.
Taste/Mouthfeel: Very herbal and fairly lemony. It's a tea-like combination, very relaxing. Advertises orange, but I get none of that. Well balanced flavors for sure. The mouthfeel confuses me the most. It is very flat initially, but noticeable bubbly in the finish. I'm caught between amusingly liking it and solidly disliking it.
Overall Drinkability: A good relaxing beer. A nice session.
