Poured from a bottle into a pint glass.
Look – light amber color, clear, with slow carbonation, and about half a finger’s worth of foam that dissipates quickly.
Smell – interesting smell, almost like a cider. It has a tangy flavor to the aroma.
Taste – interesting taste to match the smell, there’s a hint of something earthy and herbal. Again, it has a hint of something almost akin to a juice or a cider. A bit spicy like a pumpkin ale.
Mouthfeel – pretty well-balanced, but leans just a bit on the watery side.
Overall – not a bad brew, pretty interesting to think about.
