Popping the top yields a classic Belgian smell of both earthy and zesty hops and a very sweet maltiness. Pours to a orange-yellow color with a big bubble head with a semi creamy top. Taste is a light up front bitterness, immediately followed by a sweet malty banana flavor with a hint of clove. Finish is a transition of the banana flavor to a zestier sweetness that has a flat bitterness in the background. A tasty brew that is good on a hot summer day. Good flavors without being as lethal as your typical Belgian so the name fits. Part of a case with 6 different Sam brews.
