From 02/03/12 notes. Had 3 pours of this at NOTB up in Boston, MA. At first I think it was being poured a bit too cold as it seemed a bit muted, but later in the fest it was significantly better.

a - Pours a clear bright orange color with one inch of white head and moderate carbonation evident.

s - Smells of sour fruits, vinegar, earthy notes, some light funk. Pretty nice and sour smelling.

t - Tastes funkier then the nose Tastes of tart fruity malts, light cheese, barnyard funk. very funky, love the taste and a step up from the nose.

m - Medium body and moderate to high carbonation. Crisp, acidic.

o - Overall as I said before, it was much better late in the night as it warmed. A lot more funk and cheese came out to it which I really liked. Would love if they started doing this more often.
