A: Almost an apricot hue with a big, sudsy head
S: Really grainy and grassy with some citrus and spice; also quite bready--what started as a seemingly simple aroma ended being pretty complex and slightly tart
T: Lots of wheat and lemon zest up front followed by some spice, grass, coriander, and oddly the salt, which dries the beer a bit but actually lingers in the back of the mouth begging for you to take another sip
F: A bit dry and seemingly thin up front but the beer finishes well leaving enough in the back of the mouth for this to work well
O: This is an interesting and refreshing beer; I've only had a few gose beers but this one seems on par, perhaps not as tart but still, kudos, Sam Adams
