Pours a brilliant light golden with copper accents and a foamy half inch white head that leaves minimal lacing.

Wheat, lemon zest, lemon juice, a bit of skunky hop, and grain form the aroma. Somewhat reminiscent of furniture polish.

Flavor is sweet and slightly malty throughout. Toasted malt provides respite from the initial lemon zest and sour lemon juice bite. There's a bit of grainy astringency at the finish.

Body is moderate, with carbonation a touch on the high side.

More malt flavor and sweetness than expected, but it delivers on the citrusy lemon promise. Grainy character is slightly offputting, and I would actually like the lemon character to linger more.

I like a shandy every now and then, especially in warmer weather. However it is always hard to rate them because it is a blend. The appearance was a nice hazy yellow with a smell of a lot of citrus. The taste is a pretty standard shandy with a very light feel to it. If it's a hot day and you need something to cool yourself off, this is a very refreshing beverage. However, don't go into this thinking that you're going to get something groundbreaking.

Appearance: Slightly golden/yellow, small white head, good carbonation, no time for much lacing with such a small head, but good lacing for a few seconds.

Smell: corn, like a macro brew.

Taste: Lemon, not much malt or hops.

mouthfeel: creamy, nice carbonation

Definitely a nice session beer, refreshing, not much character, but totally refreshing and perfect for a hot Summer day.
