Poured into a perfect pint.
Appearance: A two finger head that has fair retention. The head is white and creamy with some foam. The head left no lacing on the glass. The color of the beer is medium yellow color and the clarity of the beer is clear. Some carbonation bubbles are visible. Overall the appearance is just okay, the head could have had better retention.
Nose: The malt has a toasty note with some biscuit, grain, and grassy notes. A mild fruity aroma, similar to a white wine. Lemon is present, with some floral aroma.
Taste: Toasted malt with biscuit, grain, grass, and yeast notes. The lemon flavor brings a fruitiness to the beer. The hop profile is subtle but has a floral note that is more forward.
Mouth feel: The beer is kinda creamy, with carbonation, and coating.
Overall: This is beer is just okay. I just find this beer meh. Nothing in the beer stands out.
