From the winter seasonal pack. Poured into a standard pint glass.
A: Hazy golden with a hint of orange when poured with the bottle sediment per this style. Very bright white fizzy head. The head didn't last long and you could really hear the "fizz" as the bubbles popped. Kind of sounded like the snap, crackle, pop of Rice Krispies! Never heard this in a beer before. Kinda fun.
S: Orange/lemon citrus and coriander with some other spicy notes that I can't quite pin down. No real hop aroma.
T: Quite tart with a significant black pepper bite bite in the back of the throat. A little lemony. Hops, not really there.
M: Quite thin and again the fizz is prominent.
D: The hot peppery spiciness gives me a little heart burn feeling. So, one at a time is enough.
