On Tap in a pint glass
A - Yellow-orange, and cloudy. Thin head with a moderate lace.
S - Citrus, but not real hoppy. Pretty mellow.
T - Once again, citrus and slightly sweet. Pairs well with spicy food, as it didn't overpower, but did quench. Nice flavor, but nothing to really get too excited over.
M - Doesn't hang on too long, which is fine. Not astringent, not oily.
D - It drank well out on the restaurant patio on a nice spring day. It is a nice Spring/Summer quaff, and it quenches well.
Overall, I liked the beer. Would drink again, but wouldn't go out of my way to look for it.
Serving type: on-tap
