Poured into a snifter.
Appearance: Pours a hazy golden color with a generous, fluffy white head. The head is strong, and does not dissipate. Lacing is apparent on the edges of the glass.
Smell: This has a sweeter smell with some floral undertones. Nothing too intrusive.
Taste: Starts sweet with a small splash of bitterness, and finishes with a crisp taste of grains. No discernable aftertaste. The taste is bold enough for enjoyment, but not overly instrusive. Nothing complicated.
Mouthfeel: The viscosity is light, and thankfully this is not overcarbonated. The feel is crisp, and would be refreshing on a warm spring day.
Drinkability: Quite drinkable, and drinking this now gives me hope that warmer days are coming. I'm sure I'll pick this up again at some point.
