A:The bottle says that it's unfiltered but it still looks really clear with an amber color to it and the head is white.
S:It smells really good. There is a big smell of spice, but I can't pick out which ones they are. Also there is a very prominent citrus smell to it. On the malt side of the nose there is a little bit of nuttiness which was alittle surprising since it's a white ale.
T:The flavor is very neutral. There is so much more complexity in the nose than in the flavor, so that was a little disappointing. There is a little bit of sweetness from the malts and also a hint of a nutty flavor.
D:Since the body is so light it allows it to be an easy to drink beer. I didn't enjoy it too much, but it wasn't bad.
