Appearance: Cloudy, like lemonade with a splash of orange.
Smell: Citrus aromas with a bit of coriander. A little doughy, too. Not particularly strong.
Taste: Lemon takes charge with wheaty and hoppy undertones. A dry and somewhat spicy finish.
Mouthfeel: A little on the lighter side with some creaminess. A bit too much carbonation leaves the mouth too dry for my liking.
Drinkability: Purchased in the Sam Adams Holiday Sampler. I feel like this is the changeup pitch thrown in with the bocks, porters, lagers, and winter warmers. A solid beer in its style but nothing spectacular. Would be more drinkable in warmer weather, say at the ballpark.
