Pours a light golden-tan with a decent head that dissipated after a few minutes. Left plenty of lacing on the glass. quite clear with rising bubbles. A pretty nice looking beer.
Smells of light grass, malt and a little bit of sweet hops. A pleasant, but weak overall smell.
Tastes of malt with some spicy hops and a hint of sweet caramel. Very mild bitterness. Nice aftertaste.
A crisp and clean feel in the mouth. Quite pleasant.
Drinkability is quite good. No complaints at all in this department. More like a lager than a typical pale ale in this category.
Overall impression is that it's a fine brew, tho not especially outstanding or noteworthy. Still, I'll give it a pretty good rating.
I could see myself picking up a sixer of this for a barbeque or day in the pool.
