Appearance: Reddish brown, very clear, minimal whitish head, decent lacing
Smell: Smokey and peaty, some earth, dirt, and hay in there.
Taste: Smokey and peaty, earthy, little bit of barnyard, with some caramely malts in the background. Some hop spice too.
Mouthfeel: Medium to light body, semi crisp carbonation, very good
Overall: The most sessionable Scotch ale I've had so far. Very good, but not quite as complex as others I've had. This is also the only one with a distinct peat flavor, so thats good if that is what you like.
