12oz. bottle poured into a pint glass.
(A)- Pours a clear pale yellow color. Some minimal white froth and lacing left behind. Decent retention.
(S)- Quite a nice blast of pine forward hops with a bit of lemon lime citrus behind it. An extremely subtle underlying sweetness, but the hops definitely take all the thunder in the aroma.
(T)- Quite similar to the smell, with a hop-centric profile. Despite a bit more pine in the smell, in the taste, the citrus comes through a bit more.
(M)- A good carbonation level and balance. The play of pine and citrus is fun and the underlying sweetness is there in a supporting role. Bitterness grows at it warms, but never overpowering.
(O)- I do not have a ton of experience with this particular style, but this showcases the hops quite well and is definitely easy to polish off a few of them without loosing interest.
