Served this one up in a snifter. Pours a pale gold, leaning toward yellow, with a light white head - not substantially foamy, but lingers nicely on the edges of the glass.

Very enticing aroma. Heavy malt balanced with a robust sweetness.

Full bodied on the palate, leaning toward a heavier texture. Tangerines, light honey, mild vanilla notes.

I believe this os my first braggot. Was thinking about trying this once as a home brew, but this is easier. Thanks Boston Beer for brewing this one.

Bottle poured into a glass mug

Nice thick white head with good lacings. Golden yellow, clear liquid.

Aroma of grassy hops , malt and honey

Sweetness of honey but not overpowering. Light to light medium mouthfeel.

Different style of beer. Good as a dessert beer. Nice and worth repeating.

Pours honey gold with ½ inch of white head that leaves heavy lace.

Smell is tart citrus up front with grassy hops and faint honey on the back end.

Taste follows the smell: Subtle citrus to start, herbal hops and honey to finish.

Mouthfeel is thin and refreshing. High carbonation with a steady stream of tiny champagne-like bubbles rising to the top.

A surprisingly light and refreshing braggot. Goes down very smoothly considering the 7.5% ABV. I am impressed.

From a one pint six ounce undated bottle, Sam Adams Small Batch Collection.

Scent is sweet reminiscent of a Ludens Honey Lemon cough drop!
Pours bright lemon yellow body with a generous white head. Head lasts fairly well, spotty lacing to the glass.
Taste is sweet, bready, absolutely has the honey! Very slight bite on the finish. A definite thirst quencher. (Makes me want to try mead next!)
