Received a medium gold pint with a modest white head. No lace.

Some citric hop notes and light malt in the nose. Some fruit as well.

Odd brew. A mild IPA, with citric hops and some bread malt. Fruit shines more than anything, but this IPA is really in the middle of the road. Finish is modestly bitter and malty, so the balance here is actually good.

Medium body, good carbonation.

Not bad. A far more drinkable IPA than the extreme versions you find elsewhere. But it leaves you wanting a bit more punch to it. I will say this was excellent with food.

Possibly the best IPA I have had to date. For the longest time I wasn't much of an IPA fan - way too bitter for me. But, I do try to stay open minded and so I try, and I have discovered the magic of acquiring the taste for IPAs. I am no expert, but I know what I like and don't and this IPA hits the spot with me. Not so bitter, a distinct smell and slight taste of oranges, and what I experience is a crisp IPA that leaves me, surprisingly, wanting more.

Appearance: Brilliantly clear, golden beer pours with a thick topper of creamy, white foam. The foam melts to 2mm of cover. Clear carbonation rising from base of snifter.
Smell: Extreme green gop smell. Citrusy, piney, juicy. Absolutely excellent hoppy aroma.
Taste: Light bitterness. Clearly not much of a bittering addition. Very smooth with not much lingering taste.
Mouth-Feel: Light to medium body. Shy of fizzy carbonation, but still up front. Not much to write home about.
Overall: A technically good IPA. A little industrial and boring, with no real jazz. Good if you're mowing the lawn, but I wouldn't bring it to a friend's house. Then again, I'm not that big of a fan if IPAs.
