A classic example of the sweet stout style. Dark and roasty grains are complimented by unfermentable lactose to create a rich and creamy taste experience. An exceptional mouthfeel draws out flavors of coffee, chocolate and sweet cream.

On tap at the brewery.
Seminar makes some great looking beers! This one is dark mahogany with a few millimeters of dusty head that dissipates to a stubborn ring and lacing.
Dark malt, cocoa, light tobacco aromas.
Milk chocolate, deep malts opening as the glass warms.
Smooth like a milk stout should be. Substantial mouthfeel, very satisfying.

On tap at the Pour Taproom in Greenville, SC.
Pours with a dark, essentially opaque, brown body topped by a fine.large, creamy tan head that has very good retention.
Feel: rather light body exacerbated by rather high carbonation. Admirably smooth.
Aroma: moderately strong for style, at most, with toffee notes.
Flavor: stronger and better than the aroma indicates. Hints of roasted nuts, coffee, caramel. Lightly sweet fading to mildly bitter.
