Pours a cloudy golden yellow. Nice head/lacing. Recedes after a bit, as should be expected for the style.
Smell is rich hops, sourness, pineapple. Fresh water/ salt water, a bit funky. Bit of malt.
Taste is a Pineapple Splice, hydroponic, funky, tart lactic lime. Initially hoppy, but hops become less prominent as the beer sits.
Mouthfeel is about medium and sour- full-on and just generally enjoyable and satisfying, hard to describe but I like the "water profile".
Awesome, unique and exceedingly drinkable. Lovely balanced lactic sourness with a lemon-lime cordial character.

From the master to the apprentices always got a lot of time for these guys and this is a collaboration with Buxton brewery and it pours a dense orange apricot hue with a half finger wispy head and a rim of lacing, the smell is tart and funky with big hits of sour cherries and barnyard funk smells very sour which I really like, the mouthfeel is medium bodied with light carbonation and the tastes are sour and tart it's raspberry, cherry, funk and finished with a ripe fruit sourness and overall it's a quaffer alright and big marks for these guys attempting any style and pulling it off cheers.
