750mL corked and caged bottle poured into a tulip
(A)- Pours kind of a reddish hued orange with some white froth and minimal lacing
(S)- A very vibrant spiced raspberry fruit aroma. Some dry hay and grass on the back-end
(T)- That same spiced raspberry fruit from the smell. Again, some bits of dry hay on the finish.
(M)- A lively carbonation level that keeps this refreshing and crisp. The light dryness and spice keeps it interesting
(O)- Would like to see the Brett develop more. Otherwise, a solid beer for summertime

A: pours a ruby tinged brass color
S: some raspberry, some yeast and a funky hint of horse blanket
T: Starts with a slight tang, then some peppercorn and some lemon zest. Ends with hints of raspberry.
M: crisp and light
O: good, but I wish there had been more raspberry and some of that funk I initially smelled

Pours light amber in color with a slight pink hue. Head is thin and off white.
Some sweet and musty raspberry aromas are the fist to hit the nose and are followed by a very light rye aroma. Saison yeast dominates the mid section of the beer as a very slight funk is near the end.
Taste follows the nose with some lightly sweet, very faintly tart raspberries on the tongue first before sweet grainy malt and the dominating saison yeast. There is an almost roasted almond flavor near the end before a light tart finish.
Mouthfeel is good. Light and bubbly with moderate I high amounts of carbonation. Slightly dry mid section is balanced with a tart crisp finish.
I personally would have like some more sour brett presence but it was a very nicely balanced beer
