Had on tap at Het Waterhuis Aan de Bierkant, a quaint old style tavern on the river in Gent with a huge beerlist. This is the place to get this beer on tap.
Pours a beautiful thick gold. Like a light caramel. A nice two finger head is a little thin and fades fast leaving a nice lace.
The nose is reminiscent of an American IPA: bright hops mingled with lemonhead candy.
Mouth is very well balanced. Dry hops with honey and a hint of lemon zest complement each other very nicely.
This is very drinkable and goes down fast. Highly recommended for a warm spring day outside overlooking the river.

Perky flowery scents shine through a dense, honey like aroma. A soapy, uncarbonic mouthfeel carries the type of flavours you'd expect from smelling this mustard-colored brew; Flowers, honey and grainyness. The finish is neutral, but not without it's flaws - An out-of-style, out-of-balance buttery taste can easily be picked up on.

Pours an opaque saturated orange, a finger of foam, spotty lace in the glass.
Aroma isn't all that hoppy, floral with sandalwood traces, and specialty malt. Reminds me of a faded malty IPA.
Sweet with a faint bitterness in the aftertaste. Crystal malt bready caramel sweetness. Medium bodied with a soft carb level. Bready malt flavors dominate, some vague dried orange peel surfaces occasionally. Again, it's pretty malty with minimal hop character. Graham cracker aftertaste. Not especially impressed by this, just showed up and at $15 I'd hoped it would be relatively fresh.
