Poured into a Saint Somewhere wine-style glass. No freshness date.

A- Pours a medium amber color with a full inch of off-white head that retains very well before becoming an 1/8 inch head and soft, fluffy frost-like (imagine that) lacing adhering to the glass.

S- Yeasty, effervescent aroma with notes of pineapple, orange and even lime. There's also some malt sweetness backing it.

T- Pretty straightforward flavor that has some tangy citrus to it. The alcohol is very well-hidden. Slightly tart and a bit rich from the yeast.

M- Somewhat spritzy with medium carbonation and a lightish body.

O- Has all the makings of a good saison but doesn't really follow through with the "wow" factor. Still, very easy drinking for the ABV and there's nothing necessarily wrong with it.

Beautiful light amber color, very clean. Average white foam.
Fresh, hoppy smell, with some spicy note. Light bretta.
In the mouth too, good taste, alcohol present but not too much.
Pleasant, with a light bretta note. Interesting.
Light fruity note (white peach), and something floral. And a good hop.
Fresh and pleasant.

a clean gold/copper color with 3 fingers of fluffy white head leaving behind a nice amount of lacing. aroma of barnyard brett funk, bell pepper, caramel, slight oxidation. the flavor profile is a bit subtle for an 8% beer.. at least up front it is! starts off with a light saison/brett/wheat body.. then gets slightly sweet and honey like/belgian candy sugar.. then a charred oak flavor finishes off with a lingering bitterness. this was a deceiving one.. started off subtle, ended with a big favor blast.
medium body with modest amount of carbonation.. after all, this is about a year old - i think.

overall, for the value you cannot beat this. originally $12.99 when i contemplated getting it several times.. just dropped to $3.99 at total wine.. picked up the 3 bottles i saw there. totally worth every cent.

Thanks to my friend Ricky for sharing this one.

Nice creamy thick 1 finger head fades slower with lots of lacing, hazy honey orange color.

Nose is huge, lots of wheat and sweet malts, candy malts, light butter nut like, light estery booze with hints if apple and candied white raisin, hints of saison spices and grainy malt, light white caramel.

Taste semi sweet, candy and plenty, caramel white like, little candy shell, light butter candy, chewy nougat like and little saison grainy, light wheat and toasted wheat, grainy light dough, light saison spices and hint of citrus. Also fair spicy hops, with decent bitterness, some warning estery booze with more candied apple and white raisin again. Finish is drier with light warming booze and esters, light sweet candy flavours like candy shell, hint bitterness.

Mouth is med bod, little thicker with nice carb, light warming booze.

Overall pretty nice, more wheat wine but some saison, bit heavy overall but fairly tasty.
