Served from a 12oz bottle into a Smuttynose Big Beer tulip. Celalr temps.
Appearance- Clear golden with big bubble white head that leaves some remnants behind.
Smell- Brett funk and malt dominates this. It starts off, funky lemony flavors then the malt aromas take over. Thats really it.
Taste- Like the nose. Brett starts off funky, then the belgian yeasty malts come in and finish is Belgian candy sugar. Like a belgian pale with some brett funk in it. Banana, lemon, bread, mild funk.
Mouthfeel- Medium-full carb with light body. Easy to drink. No pucker in this one.
Overall- A lightly funky Belgian pale. Thats it, nothing more.
