Poured from 750 ml. Bottle into tulip glass. Hazy yellow, nice frothy head that dissipates quickly. Minimal lacing on the glass
Smells of banana, cloves, lemons, apples, with a slight hint of tartness.
Tastes like it smells. Hefe yeast, biscuits and bananas. Slight lemon. The tartness in the smell is not as evident in the taste. The 9% alcohol is well disquised.
Mouthfeel is thick and substantial, lingering on the palette.
Overall, a fairly good beer. I would not seek it out again, but would not be disappointed if we cross paths again down the line.
