Cloudy light honey color. Fluffy white head. Some floaties. Spotty lacing.
Smells of sour fruit -- , grass. Nice, but nothing to write home about. A little too restrained.
Taste goes along with smell, but it's much more bold. Alcohol is very well hidden. Sour fruit -- nectarine, Meyer lemon and star fruit come to mind -- grassy hops in the finish.
Medium body, restrained carbonation. Dry but not chalky at all.
A nice drinkable wild ale -- it's balanced and interesting without being too crazy -- refreshing and hides the high ABV all too well.
