Apparently this is a version of the previous City Day Ale -
"Previously known as City Day Ale™. This is a Kentucky Common style brew; this style was popular before prohibition but disappeared as time went on. We are helping to bring this now uncommon style back to life. So, what is it? Kentucky Common takes the bourbon recipe and modifies it for beer. Instead of distilling the mash and making bourbon, we boil it and add hops – and our own twist of course."
I kept it as a cream ale since a Kentucky Common isn't an option. This possessed a tasty grain flavor with nearly a nutty quality and a little complexity from the grains. A little darker amber than most cream ale. Just a touch of tart. Nice smaller than moderate body. Minimal hop flavor or bitterness but nicely balanced with minimal sweetness. Pleasing.

Pours a hazy amber colour. Not much of a smell, faint malts, and a slight tea aroma as well. Tastes slightly sweet, malts, clean, slight earthy hops.
